CVCF is thrilled to welcome Sebastian Ardemagni to the team as our Communications Manager – Digital Strategy.

In this role, Sebastian will lead digital content strategy, manage social media and support communications across CVCF and its initiatives including Fresno DRIVE, Sierra San Joaquin Jobs (S2J2) and Health Equity.

Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cognitive Sciences from UC Irvine and has extensive experience in strategy consulting, startup leadership and civic organizing. With previously roles at Deloitte and Bitwise Industries, his career spans the intersection of storytelling, strategy, data and community impact.

He is also the Founder of Hops & Talks (@hopsandtalks), a free public education series hosted at Fresno breweries covering topics including law, politics and local governance. One of the Central Valley’s most-attended civic forums, the organization has grown to over 1,000 followers and has earned significant media coverage for its contributions to local civic engagement. In December 2025, Hops & Talks hosted "Why is Fresno Like This? How Racism Shaped Our City... And How We Rebuild It,” with over 400 community members in attendance. Joined by Fresno DRIVE Senior Program Officer julie vue and Program Manager Kate Zamora, the session explored the impact of structural racism in Fresno and the economic, social and health disparities between areas south of Shaw Avenue and north of Shaw Avenue.

Sebastian is excited to bring his commitment to community-centered storytelling and accessible communications to CVCF’s mission of creating a more equitable and thriving Central Valley. Welcome home, Sebastian!
