By establishing a field of interest fund you can identify specific areas of interest such as education, the arts, youth, the environment or health, and know that your gift will support the causes that matter to you.
How it works:
- You identify your personal interest area when you establish your fund. You can select a committee to make recommendations on behalf of the fund to the CVCF board. Or, if you prefer, the CVCF board can take full responsibility for making grants to organizations and programs that are making a difference in the area you select.
- Our professional program staff continually monitors community needs and solutions that are making a difference. We work to ensure that grants made in the name of the fund have significant impact.
- CVCF takes complete responsibility for compliance and oversight to confirm good stewardship of charitable funds.
- You can add any amount to the field of interest fund you establish at any time. If you endow your gift, it becomes a permanent community funding resource creating a personal legacy of giving.
